Yoga & Bodywork
Yoga and bodywork enrich my own life and are what I want to share with others. Here you can find out more about it.
Forrest Yoga
The name Forrest Yoga comes from the American Ana T. Forrest, who developed this yoga style. The four cornerstones of Forrest Yoga are breath, strength, integrity and spirit. I am particularly impressed by the transforming effect of this yoga style.
More on thisWhen I train students who want to teach Forrest Yoga, I want them to discard whatever is holding them back. Then they can discover what matters most to them and bring that forth as they learn to become healers and Yoga teachers.

Bodywork
Bodywork is in the widest sense related to massage. It's about liberating the body from tensions and blockages, but most importantly, (re)balancing body, mind and emotions.
More on thisBodywork is a means of communicating with another being through the medium of Touch. Through Bodywork we listen and feel what is 'the truth' within the tissues as they present in a given moment.
