General Information

The following is an overview of what happens to your personal information when you visit my website. Personal data is all data that personally identifies you. Detailed information on data protection can be found in the following points of my privacy policy.

Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?

The address of this website is: http://en.annikabaacke.com. The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Its contact details can be found in the imprint of this website.

What personal information is collected and why

On the one hand, your data will be collected by informing me. This may be e.g. data that you enter in a contact form. Other data is automatically collected by the IT systems when the site is visited. These are above all technical data (for example Internet browser, operating system or time of the page request). The collection of this data occurs automatically as soon as you enter my website. Part of the data is collected to ensure a flawless provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

At any time you have the right to obtain free information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact me at any time at the e-mail address given in the imprint. Many data processing operations are only possible with your expressed consent. You can revoke an existing consent at any time. For this an informal message by e-mail to me is enough. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL Encryption for security purposes and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, such as orders or requests that you send to me as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the changing of the address line of the browser from “http: //” to “https: //” and the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is enabled, the data you submit to me can not be read by third parties.

Data collection on this website

Contact form

If you send me inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored with me for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. I will not share this information with third parties without your consent. The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this an informal message by e-mail to me is enough. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you enter in the contact form remains with me until you ask me to delete it or you revoke your consent to storing it.

Comments

When visitors write comments on the site, the data displayed in the comment form is collected, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the user-agent string (which identifies the browser) for the detection of spam support. In addition to your comment, the comment function on this page will also contain information about when the comment was created, your e-mail address and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you selected.

From your email address, you can create an anonymous string (called a hash) and submit it to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Subscribe to comments

As a user of the page you can subscribe to comments after registering. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to verify that you are the owner of the given e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from this function at any time via a link in the info mails.

Storage duration of comments

The comments and related data (e.g., IP address) are stored and remain on my website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments must be deleted for legal reasons (e.g., offensive comments).

Legal basis

The comments are stored on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. For this an informal message by e-mail to me is enough. The legality of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.
